JOHN BULMER-Lost at sea

Searching for information about John Bulmer, b. abt. 1840-1850. I have no other info about him other than he married Lydia Rupp, they had a daughter named Mary A. Bulmer, b. 5/10/1870 and John was lost at sea when Mary was a young child. Believe he was probably either from Eastern Pennsylvania or Delaware.
