Am searching for information regarding Mary A. Bulmer, born 5/10/1870. Her parents were John Bulmer and Lydia Rupp. I thought she was born in Lewes, DE, but no records have been found. Mary's father, John, was supposedly lost at sea when Mary was a child. Lydia took Mary and another child who later died to live in Philadelphia (possibly at 8th and Christian Sts.). Mary married Henry Albert Lamphear of Westerly, RI, in Lewes, DE in 1886. Any information on Mary or her parents would be greatly appreciated. Please email me at damaris8@aol.com.
