Kathy,
Yes there are many Bulmers in Pierce County, Wisconsin. Especially in the area of Elmwood,and Rock Elm.I am related, indirectly, to the Bulmer family. Several are buried in Poplar Hill Cemetery, in Rock Elm. My connection is through the Whitney family. Claude Whitney married Ethel Bulmer in Pierce County. Will gladly share what I have.
