There are some very extensive pedigrees published about the Bulmer families in Yorkshire. They basically cover almost every branch of the Bulmers in Yorkshire, though sometimes you have to provide the links from the end of their lines to the end of yours. I have done a lot of research into the pedigrees and found that some were wrong, others corrected the wrong ones, and basically you can get back to 1150 or so. The Principle ancestor is Ansketil De Bulmer, who came over shortly after William the Conquerer, and who is believed to be from Scandanavia somewhere. Look for the postings by Paul Bulmer, as he says he can go back as far as Ansketil also. Hope I can be of help to you.
