Would like to contact a descendant of Permelia Willis, the daughter of Jacob Willis and Sarah Rogers. Permelia was born abt 1822 in Covington County, MS, and married Samuel C. Bullock abt 1839 in Covington or Marion County, MS. Permelia and Samuel C. Bullock were in Winn Parish, LA in 1860 with a family of nine children. It is believed that the family moved to Texas after 1860 and may have settled in Collin County, TX near relatives.
