I am looking for anyone with a possible tie to John J. Bullock with the Bullocks in GA. He was born 8-30-1833 somewhere in GA and died 3-19-1898 in Gordon, AL. It is in Houston Co. AL, the SE part of the state.
John married Mariah Jane Jeffcoat. Another unknown Bullock married her sister Amanda Jeffcoat, but his name is unknown to me. One source says John and Mariah were married in Jackson CO. FL in 1862.
John had six children: Charley, Roy Paul, Virginia, Dicey Elizabeth, Martha and Donie. Martha later married Franklin marvin Robinson and his daughter Ressie Eugenia Robinson married Otis Carl Jeffcoat. They moved to Donalsonville GA sometime in the 20's. I hope that someone will recognize where John J. ZBullock might have originated from or even place him with a particular family so I can find a new starting place to work from in GA.
