Mrs. Julian,

I am not sure if you are still researching since it looks as though your message wasposted along time ago. I have Mary Margaret as born in 1672 in Bermuda. I have heard that he married her their.

The info from the McClung Room in Tennessee states that from records of the Historical Commision in Colombia, SC, Mary is said to have been a "great lady of Spanish and Scottish descent, reputed to have been very wealthy and beautiful." Also from the same book, "Rene de St. Julien stopping in Bermuda married Mary Bullock."

This info also has the couple departing from SC and moving up to Maryland early enough that many of the children were born in Bohemia Manor.

Can provide more, and would like to hear what you know. Chances are you've already figured this one out by now, and can probably provide me a few things.

Am looking for anything on her, her parents, and grandparents. Am particularly interested in why they opted to go to Bermuda.

Thanks,
Joanna Davenport
Alexandria, VA
