I have gathered some information regarding the Bullers in Kinder/Elton La. I have not found William Buller, yet. In the time period you have, I have a Thomas Buller, Sr. 1808-1869, son of Joseph Buller 1787-1836. I do not have all of Joseph sibling yet, William could be one of them. If I come across him, I let you know. Also, I have found the Langley mixed into the Bullers about this time frame.
