Does anyone have a date for the marriage of James Buller and Jane Bathurst (I have seen both 3rd and 24th April), and can anyone confirm when Jane died?
I am interested in the Buller family because in 1770 James Buller (1740-1772) married Mary Coxe, the daughter of John Hippisley Coxe of Ston Easton, and I am researching the history of the Hippisley family.
Curiously, one of John Coxe's other daughters, Frances, married Sir Francis Basset of Tehidy. Frances died in 1823, and Sir Francis subsequently married Harriet Lemon, who I'm told was a daughter of Sir William Lemon. I see that the Lemons also had connections with the Bullers.
