Hi Tony, I would think Sir Walter is related in some way to General Sir Redvers Buller of Devon. He was at the battle in the Crimea in the middle of the Victorian period. The Buller name is quite unusual in England. I trace our name in Suffolk, the other side of England, back to the late 1600's and, as far as I know, there is no connection with either Devon or Cornwall.
