I have some information for you, or maybe after this long of time you already have it. Nathan Bullen's father was Phillip Balleine( son of Philippe Balleine and Rachel Payn) was baptized 21 Jan 1710, St. Peters Parish, Jersey, England. One of the islands in the Channel Islands. After his father was executed for the crime of murder, he left the island for America. He was a mariner and it is thought that he was lost at sea, some time before 1749. Because his wife Deborah Hutchinson married again in 1749. She is the daughter of Samuel and Sarah (Facitt) Hutchinson.
Nathan Bullen married his first cousin Mary Hutchinson, thier only child (that I am aware of) is Mary.
