I am researching my BULLEN family of Cork. If anyone else has information on this line please contact me
Abraham Bullen (1803?-1875 school master at Ardacrow (near Bandon) and his wife Sarah Wright . They possibly married in 1836 (but as of yet I am unable to find the marriage).They had 8 children (all baptised at Rathclarins church between 1837 and 1857) 1. Eliza 2. Mary married John Phipps 3.John married Elizabeth Ann Smith 4.Sarah married William O'hara 5 James 6 Thomas (didn't marry) 7 Ann 8 William married Margaret Joagoe. My ancestors are John Bullen and Elizabeth Ann Smith. They had 5 children 1. Abraham James (my grandfather) 2. William Joseph 3. Walter John (died as a child) 4 William Henry 5 Sarah Elizabeth married Thomas J Craig. William Henry or William Joseph emigrated to South Africa before 1913. I also have alot of information on other BULLEN'S of Cork (in the hope that I may find a link with them at some point)
