My Bullards are from that area and we are FULL of Reubens...but, I can't find a Reuben B. Our first documented Bullard was a Reuben who died in 1797, Fredericksburg, and was married to Fannie Davis. They had a son, Reuben D., b 1787 and who had a son Reuben C...born too late to be of interest to you, and who died unmarried. My line contains several Reuben J. or James, and one was my great grandfather. There probably is a tie-in to our family...with the name and the place...but, I can't figure what it is. if you figure it out, let me know.
