I don't think William Wright Bullard of Robeson/Bladen/Columbus Co NC is in the same or direct line of Nathan Bullard. I am looking at a possible connection to John and James Ballard who are in the 1790 Robeson Co Census. Prior to 1787 this area was still in Bladen Co and John Ballard had the following property:
