I saw your two discussions and while I come from a "different" Bulger line* , I recall corresponding with a gentleman named Oakley, whose email was
owarren@galstar.com
and it looks like he has the same family as at least Teresa....

*- My Bulgers werelikely German, starting with a Lorentz Bulger, born in the 1750's who shows up having children -- with the help of his wife, Catharine -- in Frederick County, MD, in the late 1770's. My Bulgers then came to Ayr Township, Bedford, and spread from there.

Here's Oakley's last email to me....

Hi Jeff :-)

Attached you will find a family file on the Bulgers I have in my family
tree. The fomat is from the family treemaker. If you do not have this
software let me know and I will re-send it in the GEDCOM format. My
Bulgers start with Michael Bulger who came to America with Gen Johan DeKalb
during the Revolution. Most of my Bulgers lived in the South. However, I
don't an account of were all the children of Michael went, so there is the
possiblity of a relationship. Let me hear from you soon.

Oakley
