There were 2 Bulger (Bolger)/Clark marriages in the August, GA area. The one you referred to left GA around 1830 and went to Talladega and Coosa Counties, AL. He and his wife died there. The other marriage was in Edgefield, SC in 1829, possibly John Bulger and the one who remained in GA for 2 or 3 more "census takings". I did not follow him. Hope this helps.
