Teresa, My Grandfathers, grandfather (Martin Boulger)was born in 1799 in Kilkenny, Ireland. He married a Bridget Cummans also from Kilkenny. They had seven children. My Grandfathers, father (Martin Jr.) born 1835 in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. He married a Mary Ann O'Sullivan in 1866 and they had nine children, one of which was my grandfather, William Hubert Bolger - born 1883.
I do show a Michael Boulger (2nd child of Martin Boulger - mentioned above) married a Kate Synoth. There was also a brother John Boulger (5th child of Martin Boulger - mentioned above) John was born 10/22/1832. Any connections? That's all I know - none from Germany.
