Michael Bulger, ALabama had a brother who went to Texas and fought in the Civil War. I believe they both lived to be quite old - about 100. His name and an account of their meeting at a Confederate Veterans convention is in one of the volumes of Confederate Veteran. Perhaps it is your person or his father.
