It is possible that you find Bulgarian family names ending in:

Hadgov
Hadjiev

However you should consider the fact that the Bulgarian word "Hodga" was used in th 19th and early 20th century to designate a Bulgarian Muslim, who has been in Mecca (Jerusalem). Back then, the word Hodga was simply applied to the first name instead of the family name.
The most similar form today is the family name: Hadjiev.
