I don't know if this family went to Ohio.
But I do know that they settled in MS.

Was your grandfather around when the social security first started?
I have sent off for my husbands G. grandmothers S.S.
papers and it showed her place of birth and her parents names.

If you try get the long form it is about $ 39.00 . But worth the money.
