Hello,
My name is Grigor Kotzev and I am originated from Bulgaria and based in France now.
I am looking for my oldst known ancestor Ignat Nedinski who lived in Litakovo, BULGARIA. Approximate date of birth is in the early 1800s. I've been told by relatives that he made fortune in Valachie (now ROMANIA) before settling in Litakovo and buying a farm there.
He had only one son, called Kotzo, who gave the current family name.
From several Internet web pages I have found that there is a huge NEDIN family originating from Englang / Welsh, with a "slavic" branch somewhere between Hungary and Yugoslavia. However I am not able to say if there is some linkeage or not.
Would you please share with me any information that you would have on that family ?
