Looking for family in Bulgaria (Vassilev)

Hello,

My name is Connie Vassilev. I live in Los Angeles California. I am looking for family members in Bulgaria. My Grandparents came to the United States around 1950. My Grandfather's name was Marko Vassilev and my Grandmother's name was Sonia Vassilev. They had three children: Vassil (my Father), Rosalind and Florence. My Grandmothers sister came to visit the US in the late 1970's (around February). During this visit my Grandmother and her sister were in a bad car accident. My Grandmother died. Her sister was in the hospital for a while. When she was well enough, my Father took her back to Bulgaria. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I wish I could give you more information but I really just do not know very much. I believe that I have family in Sofia. I know it is a long shot, but if you could help me find my family that would be wonderful. Many Thank You's! Connie (c_vassilev@yahoo.com)
