I came across my grandfather's Russian passport dated 1913. A friend of mine from Belarus translated it for me and said it was issued from a city named "Lubovka" (this is an attempt at the English spelling).
Does anyone know anything about the city? Where is it? Did it change names? etc.
Originally, I posted this message in the Russia room. Someone responded and suggested I try it in Bulgaria.
