Hello, my name is Eddie Mouradian, Jr. and I am the first gerneration of Americans of Armenian decension from Bulgaria. My question is really for my uncle and aunt. My uncle Serge Alahveridan's great great grandfather was a very successful farmer whose crops always grew very well. Amongst the other farmers became a joke that Alah Verdi- which roughly translates into God's Gift, and thus turned into my uncle's last name Alahverdian. If anyone out there knows the true origin of his REAL last name, what his great grandfather's name was before Alahverdian, and you have any infor please e-mail me. Thank you very much.
