ANN BUEY m ROGER DRAKE Newfoundland ca1798

Looking for any information related to this couple. I believe that Ann Buey or Bouie may have been the daughter of an Alexander Buey because one of her sons was Alexander Drake, bc 1808 probably in Newfoundland, Canada. Ann and Roger also had a son James, born ca 1800 there. They may have had a daughter named for Ann born ca 1802. Eventually, around 1810 I think, Roger and Ann moved to the Halifax area of Nova Scotia, living on McNab's Island.

I suspect that Ann was from a Scottish father and Irish mother, but that needs proof. Does anyone know of a Buey who went to Newfoundland?

Thanks for any help.
