Judy-Azelia was my gg grandfather, M J Buie's sister. My father pronounced it Arzelia-but that could have been his southern accent.Her parents were David Buie and Charlottie--her grandparents were Angus Buie and Mahalia. If you want more info e mail me at djjohn@aepnet.com
