I did find the website for the book and am delighted to have acess to it, thanks. The document copies I obtained from Lawrence County Archives contain a copy of a lawsuit - it seems John Elias Buie as a "natural Uncle" had custody of TJ and Mary Craig Buie's daughter named Mary.
It's 4 or five pages in length - I was unable to find TJ listed as a sibling on the cencus but did find him listed under John E in a later cencus, apparently same or joining property - I would be more than glad to send or share with you copies of anything I obtained. I live in the DFW area. I also have a map of L. county from 1800's and know where their properties were. I do remember hearing all my life that my Grandfather's dad was named after one of his Dad's brothers but never saw the other TJ listed anywhere until I made the trip to Lawrenceburg. I also have a copy of William Buie's will and a book written about the town in Lawrence County where they were from - it as well as the cencus list both John E and TJ as blacksmith's - John E's son TJ was a farmer. (the lawsuit was quite interesting as well as humerous)

Thanks Again for your help.
