Sorry I can't help you directly, but my grandfather was Chester Buice. He was born around aprox 1900. His father (my great grand father) was Ellis Buice. He was born aprox. 1880. They were Afrcan-American, both were born in Arkansas near Hot Springs or Little Rock.
