I am sure your Captain Buice is the one we called Captain Billy Buice b. 1834 m. 1st. Adaline Webb 2nd. Matilda Webb. These women were cousins.He is the son of William Buice and Mary Ann Mathis. Children: Sherod Buice
Letitia Buice m. Adolphus Webb, Hampton Buice called (Hamp) Robert Buice, William Buice Ida Buice m. Roan E. Johnson, Tullulah Buice, Kitty Buice,Dora Buice and William A. Buice. Seems strange that he would have two children named William that may be wrong. Hope you can help me with this family. This is all I have on Capt. Buice but have information on other Buice families if I can be of any help let me know. Would love to have copies of this picture you speak of.
