Abraham Buice married after the death of his first wife to
Susan Katherine "Kate" Lee. They were married May 07, 1884 in Milton
County, Georgia. Abraham Buice served in the Confederate Army in Company
H, 2nd Regiment,Georgia Cavalry. He enlisted on August 10, 1864 in
Forsyth County, Georgia and was mustered out of service in 1865 in
Kingston, Georgia. Abraham Buice applied for a pension in 1907 which was
approved and he received this pension until his death in 1909. Abraham
Buice listed his occupation as machinist and farmer in his pension
papers. He also at one time owned a mill in Forsyth County, Georgia
