Philip Buggy-Bogie

We have been trying to trace my great-grandfather, Philip Bogie and great-grandmother, Mary Shields Bogie's roots.
We know that they immigrated during the famine through Montreal. They lived in Lowville and Watertown, New York.
Also in Sombra, Ontario, where Nellie was born. My grandfather was Patrick Joseph Bogie, who married Anna Jacobsen. He was born in Watertown. His siblings were Maria, Martin, William, John, Dorah, Catherine, Winifred and Nellie. Grandpa Bogie was born in 1864. Decided to try the Buggy forum as all other Bogie's seem to be from Scotland. My great grandprents were buried in Muskegon, MI. Dorah was married to a man by the name of Hawkins.
Hope someone out there has a connection.
