SIMEON BUFORD, age 70, retired farmer, was living in the household of A. J. Musgrove in Caldwell Co. TX at the 1880 census. Living next door was Simeon's son, J.(James) W. Buford, wife Jerusha and their family.
By the 1900 census, Simeon is gone - probably died since he would have been 90 yrs old by then - but James W. is still there.
These families were from Coffee Co. AL.
Need death date and place for Simeon, and proof that he was md to Mary Jane Coon. Would also like info on James and his family.
