Hi,

While searching for my Budzisz relatives at the Family History Libray I found a document you might be interested in if you don't already have it. It is the marriage record of Franciscus Budzisz and Caroline Wozniak from St Josaphat Church 1912.
Frank's father is listed as Adalbertus and his mother is Angela Zabek. The date and location of Baptism as near as I could make out is Jan 3, 1889, Konkalowa pow Rzesow Galicia.
Caroline's father is Johannes and her mother is Tecla Swistek. The date and location of baptism is 1890 same location.

Witnesses are Andres Jawank and Josepha Opolinska.
