Thanks for writing.
This Anne Budd is presumably the one given a date of birth in the Southold Town Records of 05 Jan 1666, presumably OS, or 1666/7.
This birth is after the recorded marriage of Benjamin-2 Horton to the widow Ann Tucker on Feb 22, 1659 - This lady is asserted by some to be Ann-2 Budd, daughter of John-1.
So, it is almost a certainty that the Ann Budd, b 1667, referred to in the document you have copied above was not married to Benjamin-2 Horton, b 1627, in 1659 - but to another Benjamin Horton. As, this Ann was not even born yet in 1659 and was 40 years his junior. Also, further note that the document refers to his sister as "now" Ann Horton, wife of Benjamin Horton, even though Benjamin-2 Horton died in 1690. It would be very probable that he would have mentioned her status as the "widow" of that Benjamin rather than "now his wife".
I am only familiar with one other Benjamin Horton that could fit the bill for this one, but there could be others. That Benjamin was born approx 1667 and was Benjamin-3 (Joseph-2, Barnabas-1). That Benjamin Horton is listed in McLauren's Horton Genealogy, no wife given, but a son named Parmenus.
What do you think??
