Have not found a Richard Budd so far,however, Thomas Budd born 1787c Cullompton Woolcomber, Children,
Ann b. Tiverton 1815 m. Christopher Fouracre; John b. 1821; Eliza b. 1826 Cullompton; Harriett b. 1837 Collumpton.
From Devon Hist. Soc. Richard married Nancy Gifford, 9 April 1835 at West Woolfardisworthy Devon.
