William BUDD Died somewhere in Idaho

I am looking for any information about William "Billy" BUDD born Nov 4 1907. His parents are William Alvin BUDD (1880-1919) and Letha Jane LAY (1884-1928). William was not born in UTAH like previously thought. There is no record in the Utah State Archives of his birth. His mother died due to complications of an operation with her appendix. The doctor's apparently left an instrument in her body after the operation in Compton, Los Angeles Co., CA. and his father died in Taber, Alberta, Canada.

Letha's marriage to William Alvin Budd, May 5, 1905. Sanpete Co., Utah. Source of information IGI file # 1903862.

Letha Jane was married 3 times: 1: Sam Brown 2: William Budd 3: Blaine Stewart. She is my father's sister.

Billy has a sister, Zoe Levine BUDD (1911-1922). She died from copmpilcations due to epilepsy.

Any help anyone could offer would be greatful.
