hi, I hope that you are still "on-line". Do you know whether Isaac McLaughlin and Rachel Budd had children? I am trying to find the parents of Martha McLaughlin, b. abt 1820 in PA. In 1850 census she is married to Jacob Fulmer in Sewickley Township, which I know is close to West Newton. There is a Gedcom that can be downloaded from the Mormon genealogical sight which lists an Isaac b. abt 1792 and a Martha b. abt 1822, but I don't have a program on my computer which will open and read the gedcom.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
