Did the sale have a date?

Have been meaning to send you some names of settlers of the Manussing Island Hastings from Baird's History of Rye between 1660 and 1662. You might like to compare them with the LI records:
Peter Disbrow, Thomas Stedwell or Studwell, John Coe (Coe turns up in LI Source Records), and John Budd, named on deeds.
Witnesses, Thomas Close, William Jones.
Others given as William Odell, Richard Vowles, Samuel Alling, Robert Hudson, John Brondish, Frederick Harminson (Harmanse?), Thomas Applebe, Philip Galpin, George Clere, John Jackson, and Walter Lancaster.
