I understand you're you are the resident expert on the Bucy's of Maryland.. What can you see about the family interactions in Charles Co/ Prince Georges Co of Southern MD in the MID 1700's (ca 1750).

We have a Rebecca Anne BUSEY/Bucy/Buacy Ball (ca 1765 - aft 1819) recorded in church records of Prince Georges Co as marrying (ca 1786) our Richard Bryan of William (1757-1819). We think her parents may have been Richard Ball and Sarah ..... of PG Co who also are reported in church records to have a SAMUEL BUCY BALL. This middle name may not necessarily indicate a blood relationship but is certainly suggestive of some interaction of the BALL & BUCY fammilies. I have yet to search the Hall of records on the BUCY family but was wondering what thoughts and ideas you may have..

Our website HTTP://www.mdo.net/users/sailor has much additional data on the Lanham, Bryan, Jenkins, Lyons , Ball and allied families who lived on a Plantation in what was Surrattsville (Now Clinton, MD) from ca 1761 - 1865. Remnants of the land now belong to PG Community college and the county as Cosca Regional Park.

Thanks for any comments or suggestions you may offer..
