Buckmans that moved to New Orleans,LA?

My family's last name is Buckman and my father was born in New Orleans, LA. His father lived there but was not born there. My grandfather's name was Ben Buckman and my grandmother was Martha. If anyone has Buckmans that moved to New Orleans at ANY point, please email me.
Also, I was going to start tracing the name back as far as I can. Any ideas of where to start? All I know, from my father, is that it is derived from Bookbinder. This name came from the family occupation.
