I was wondering if any one has a family line on James W. Bucklin who married Luella Shurbeno on February 28, 1874 recorded on page 186 Steele County Marriage records, in Steele Co. Minnesota Historical Society in St. Paul Minnesota.
This would be my greatgrandfather and the only record I have of him is on my grandfather Herbert Hiram Bucklin's birth certificate which shows Herbert was born in Owatonna, Minnesota on December 29, 1881. It shows that James W. Bucklin was born in NY.
I know some of the children of James W. and Luella Bucklin through federal census records, birth records, and family records: Fred Bucklin-1874?, Franciska Bucklin-1878?, Mrytie Bucklin-1880?, Herbert Hiram Bucklin-1881-1950, Mae Elizabeth Bucklin-1885-1972, Jesse James Bucklin-1890-1978, Roy M. Bucklin, Robert Bucklin and Newel Bucklin.
I was told that James W. Bucklin had a total of 21 children through different marriages.
Does anyone know any of these children of James W. Bucklin or any other information on this Bucklin line?
