Thomas Joseph Buckley
Thomas Joseph Buckley, age 76, U.S. Navy Korean War
Veteran of Wheaton, IL, formerly of Winter Haven, FL and Minneapolis, MN passed away suddenly on October 18, 2008. After graduating from De La Salle High School in 1949, Tom enlisted in the U.S. Navy and, then, attended the University of Minnesota. Thomas was a beloved brother and uncle. He is survived by his sister, Mary Stover, nephew, Ryan Stover and wife, Lisa, niece, Megan, and husband, Korey Day, and great niece, Tiernan Riley Day, many cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2008 from 11:00 am until time of service at 11:30 am at Gearity-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 West Broadway, Robbinsdale, MN. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope, MN In lieu of flowers memorials in Thomas' honor may be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities, 1900 Spring Rd. # 310, Oakbrook, IL 60523 or A.D.O.P.T.
