Im trying to find information on Thomas Buckler's father and any family passed that.
Right now, I know that the father of my grandfather, changed his last name from Buckler to Buckley in 1919. HIS father was William Thomas Buckler, born 1855 in St Marys county Maryland.
The 1900 census states that William's wife was named Alice R. born in 1860. He had 2 daughters named Edith and Alice, and 4 sons Fennie T, James W, Marcellus, and Joseph I.
William Thomas' father was Thomas Buckler born in 1824 according to a 1870 census.
This Thomas Buckler had a wife Sarah, 2 daughters, Emily and Catherine, and of course a son, William.
However, I have a 1860 census also from St Marys Maryland, where a Thomas Buckler is listed to be age 60, has a wife (or daughter?) Sallie, 3 daughters, Emily, Annie, Mary, and a son John.
