Coincidence? There is a Wm Boyd BUCKLE in Norfolk in 1871 Census just returned from career as political adviser in Bengal Civil Service.Claims to be born London c1821 but ancient retainers are from Norfolk.

Thos Hy BUCKLE was b1821 Kent son of Sir Hy Thos BUCKLE shipowner of London and was well known philosopher/social scientist who died 1862 Damascus,Syria on tour.Hope this helps.
