Buckland, married Jackson, UK 1830's

Does anyone know the origin of Louisa Buckland who married John Jackson, probably mid 1830’s. Their marriage is not recorded in the UK general registration (started July 1837), although their first son, my ancestor, is: he was born in Feb 1838 in Willesden on the NW edge of London, at that time separated from the metropolis by fields, and it is from his birth certificate that I have Louisa’s maiden name. I found the family in the 1851 census by which time they were established in Marylebone, with 3 sons, and Louisa gave her age as 40, suggesting a birth about 1811, but I have learnt to assume that census ages are at best approximations in many cases. I wonder from the birth if they were travelling in t o London, and were actually from further out, somewhere in Bucks, for example? Any suggestions for research gratefully received
