I have five original Cabinet Card photographs of “George Buckingham” (2), his wife “Clara Buckingham” and daughter “Mary Blanche Buckingham” (2), one with her “sisters and friends”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photos were taken in Denver, CO in the era of 1895-1905.
I found the family of George Buckingham in the 1880, 1900 and 1910 censuses. In 1900 Denver, “G. H.” birthdate is Jun 1849 in OH. Wife Clara is July 1857 in IL. Daughter Blanch is Dec 1881. In 1880 Louisville (Boulder Co.) CO, G. H. is 30; Clara is 22; and daughter Rozeltha May is age 1. In the 1910 census for Inyo Co., CA, Rozeltha M. Johnson (husband Bertsil E.) was age 31, and living with them were George H. Buckingham (age 63) and wife Clara A. In daughter Mary Blanche Buckingham Higgins’s obituary (Billings, MT Dec 1947), it stated she was survived by a sister, Mrs. B. E. Johnson of Bishop, CA.
