Married on September 31 (30) 1811 in West Felician Parish, La. Choctaw Nation Ms. Territory to
Elizabeth Brashears born 1793 (possibly in the Choctaw Nation)
I have William H. Buckholts father as
Jacob Buckholts born in 1755 in North Carolina (died 18 july 1826 in Amite County, Mississippi)
Married Sarah Smith (born 1757) in Craven County, North Carolina in 1785
The Children of this union were;
William H. Buckholts
Abraham Buckholts (born in 1786 and died in 1812 in Mississippi)
My records show that Jacobs father was Peter Buckholts from Prussia but I have no support for this record. Let me Know if Any of this will help by E-mail. Don Jones
