My friend Mordehai Buchman was born in Iassi (Romania) on the first of july 1921.The name if his mother was Golda Schor and of his father, Lupu Buchman. His grandfather, Moshe Buchman came from Russia (?) to settle in a little shtetel near Iassi, named Podu Iloaiei. he married Sara Ghetzel, daughter of Mordehai Ghetzel.
Mordehai, my friend, left Romania (Bucarest) in 1985; He lives now in Paris with his 2 sons and 4 gransons.
We will celebrate his birthday (80 years old) well in advance this year on may 12 as part of his family living in various parts of the
world are gathering in Paris at this time of the year.
The idea is that, at this occasion, we kindly ask all his friends all over the world to send him a "birthday message" by email (or letter)
