Do you have information in your book on the families of John Bucher married to Mary Snyder and Jacob Bucher married to Catherine Snyder? Mary and Catherine are the daughters of Jacob and Dorothy Snyder who appear in the records of Frederick County, VA in the early 1790s and resided in Newtown (Stephens City). Jacob died before November 10, 1804, and in the various documents settling the estate, he had sons George and John Snyder; and daughters Dorothy married Jacob Showalter; Elizabeth married Henry Waller; Mary married John Bucher; and Catherine married Jacob Bucher.
