Dieter Bucher, son of George (1767-1845) and Christianne Schneider Bucher, grandson of George Dietrich Bucher (1742-1802) and Maria Magdalena Hollenbach and great grandson of Johan Dietrich Bucher (1709-1769) and wife Maria Sophia Zurich. Believe he arrived at Philadelphia on September 30, 1732 on ship "Dragon" from Switzerland.
